Saturday

There I am, checking in my bike. Now that that’s done, there’s not a whole lot left to do. An early dinner tonight, an early wake-up call tomorrow, final set up at transition and then before I know it the wetsuit will be going on and I’ll be bobbing in Mirror Lake waiting for the gun. Okey, dokey…
It was a nice day here – sun and clouds, a little hotter than ideal, but I would be perfectly happy with these conditions tomorrow. After a short brick this morning, we walked around town a bit, my dad and I checked in my bike and now I’m chilling for a couple hours before we go for an early dinner. It’s time to try to shut it down and really, really relax.
A picture of all the transition bags. Mine are somewhere on the left side of that picture a couple of rows back.
