Cycling (outdoors): 106.8 miles
Cycling (indoors): 11:52 (hours)
Run: 57.1 miles
Strength Training: 9 hours

Approximate monthly total training time: 46 hours

Not bad! (And that’s with taking a week off because of my flu!)
