Just keeping the legs moving

Today, 4 days to go, I did a really slow 3 miles around Washington Square Park. I was trying to keep it at around 10 minutes/mile, but I think I was doing about 9:40’s, which still felt really slow. I think the purpose was just to get the blood flowing in my legs, which it definitely did.
