Chrissie + Brooks = Champion!

Brooks announced this week that it signed a multi-year partnership deal with uber-stud Ironman kick-asser Chrissie Wellington. That same Chrissie Wellington who has won back-to-back-to-back Ironman World Championships – and broken the course record along the way. That same Chrissie Wellington who has NEVER lost an Ironman race. That same Chrissie Wellington with the amazing smile as she crosses the finish line. I remember noticing during the coverage of the 2009 race that Chrissie was wearing Brooks T6 racers during the run (you can see them above). I just assumed she was already sponsored by them!

With her amazing spirit and energy – not to mention her winning ways – I bet she can do a lot to bring triathlon to the public and inspiring people is a big part of Brooks’ mission.
