Well that sucked…
This morning I had pretty much the worst run I’ve had in years. I was tight and sore and couldn’t get my legs to move. My stomach felt like crap. Running uphills, downhills, flats, it didn’t matter; I couldn’t move. Haven’t felt like that in ages. I’m gonna try to forget it and chalk it up to the fact that I’m way over-tired and ran relatively hard Tuesday and Wednesday. And maybe my body is still pissed off from the Bear and just starting to really express it. So tomorrow, I’ll try to sleep in a little bit (past 5:30am) and not run. That’s the adult thing to do.
On a lighter note, I’m trying once again to grow a Movember mustache. This was the result from last year:
This year I’m going sans handlebars. I’m expecting the worst. Eight days in and I barely have any reason to be embarrassed, mostly because someone would just about need to be kissing me to notice that it’s there. I’ll post an awful picture of the dirt on my upper lip soon.
A little extra sleep and a day off will do wonders. An extra half scoop of vega with the smoothie and you’ll be all set!
Well it’s no wonder after SWIMMING 9.9 miles that same day! 😉

Dave – sleep and some Vega were exactly what I needed. Feeling much better this AM and I’m sure taking the day off will help a ton!
Billy – it was a really long swim, you can’t believe how tired my arms were. 🙂
