Congrats on finishing IM Canada. Which kind of arm warmer did you sport during the run?
Hey AlbertPWu – I was wearing the De Soto Arm Coolers. They keep the sun off your arms and help keep you cool. I soak them with water every so often and shove ice down the top and bottom. They seem to help. Good luck!
