Another run!?

I have to say that I was expecting an off day today. I did take a couple days off last week and didn’t get any of my bike workouts in (except for the spin class), but I worked out hard from Wednesday through Sunday. But, as they say, there’s no rest for the wicked. So, today was a run. I rearranged things a bit, so I only had one workout today. The rest of the week is generally two workouts per day. This week’s total time is around 9 hours. That’s a lot!

Today’s run was a variation on my strides workout. This one was a little longer (45 minutes, instead of 30) and I did more strides, and skipping back to the strides “starting line” rather than one-leg hops.
